That's what journalist and television presenter Richard Hammond says about this London Dry Gin, made in collaboration with Hawkridge Distillers. Made with wild bilberries, fragrant yellow gorse petals, and young sweet nettles, Hammond and the Hawkridge team aimed to perfect the “ratio” of these botanicals to create a gin that’s both vibrant and rooted in its rural inspiration. Or, as he puts it, “I pulled a London Dry Gin through a hedge to make something unique and wonderful. It is the countryside in a gin glass”.
Serve over ice with premium tonic, a slice of pink grapefruit, and a sprig of rosemary.
