Made with wild bilberries, fragrant yellow gorse petals, and young sweet nettles, Hammond and the Hawkridge team aimed to perfect the “ratio” of these botanicals to create a gin that’s both vibrant and rooted in its rural inspiration. Or, as he puts it, “I pulled a London Dry Gin through a hedge to make something unique and wonderful. It is the countryside in a gin glass”.
