The folks over in Camden Lock behind Half Hitch Gin have gone and created this blushing expression, marrying a symphony of raspberry, strawberry and blackberry in the spirit. The name comes from the type of rope knot that was used to moor barges along Camden Lock, a round turn and two half hitches. You can spot it on the label!
Piney juniper is backed up by jammy blackberry, and juicy, slightly tart summer berries, with a hint of citrus and a peppery finish.
