H2B Gin features the delicious duo of samphire and dulse seaweed to impart a delicate savoury, maritime note to the gin, with more traditional notes of lemon, peppercorn, and juniper all playing their part wonderfully. The producers recommend serving it in a G&T garnished with cherry tomato and rocket leaves, which sounds incredibly intriguing to us!
