Fifth Spire Gin Bottling Note

Fifth Spire Gin is made by two friends in Lichfield - Rory and Tom. Interestingly, that's not the only aspect of duality behind this tasty tipple. You see, they use two copper stills to create Fifth Spire. One of the stills is filled with the core botanical combination (including juniper, pink peppercorn, coriander, almond and more), while the other still is used exclusively for fresh citrus fruits (the likes of lime, grapefruit and lemon).

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Citrus is bright and up-front - particularly the grapefruit sweetness. Spicier notes of juniper, coriander and liquorice root support the fruity elements admirably.
