
Clapham's Trinity restaurant has launched its own Trinity English Garden Gin, a collaboration between chef Adam Byatt and Wandsworth's Green Room Distillery. The botanicals were selected to capture the aromas of an English garden in summer, featuring jasmine, hibiscus, and chamomile. As such, it's floral and bright, perfect for some seasonal serves.
Ripe nectarine, wafts of florals, zesty citrus, and distinctive chamomile.
