Green Room Distillery opened its doors in 2020, founded and run by professionals who would usually work in theatre. We think they made a fantastic decision in turning their stagehands to spirits production! This small batch dry gin includes a selection of 14 botanicals to achieve a crisp and very pleasant gin indeed – bravo! Great for a G&T, garnished with lime or blood orange.
