Ginarte
What do you get when you combine gin and art? Ginarte! The native botanicals are rather unique, with calamint, safflower, mignonette, rubia and indigo alongside Tuscan juniper berries. The juniper is vacuum distilled while the other botanicals are distilled in an alembic still. After this, the final botanicals which include wild celery, pine needles and lavender among others are infused and then distilled. With 13 botanicals and three distillates in total, this is a finely balanced spirit.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Lots of floral notes without being overwhelming, with some bittersweet tangy notes in there too, a whole host of herbaceous pine, a gentle somewhat chocolatey note and a green, vegetal finish.
