A higher-strength variant of the Gin Lane 1751 London Dry Gin, made with 8 botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica, orris, lemon, orange, cassia bark and star anise. With an ABV of 47%, this ought to stand out in cocktails and mixed drinks with a good, hearty kick of juniper and citrus. The range was created by the Bloomsbury Club and Charles Maxwell from Thames Distillers to honour the Victorian era of gin.
Finding this gin has been very bad for me. It is absolutely delicious and one is never enough. Once you've had one, you'll just want to keep drinking it. Perfect for my taste-buds.
A traditional style gin with bags of flavour and a superb finish - coupled with 1724 tonic and a couple of ice stones this is just glorious stuff !
