
The Gin Eva team in Mallorca worked with Michelin-starred chef Ingo Holland to create this expression, only using green botanicals. A very intriguing idea, Green Spice features green juniper, green orange, green pepper, fig leaves, orange leaves, Californian bay leaves, sencha tea and wakame tokusen (a type of seaweed). Powerfully fragrant though incredibly well balanced.
Fresh and punchy juniper, a bright hint of citrus, soon giving way to eucalyptus, peppercorn and a hint of salty sea air.
