Fabulously floral and zesty gin from Isle of Man's Fynoderee distillery! Elder Shee is distilled with elderflower, and a host of botanicals including grapefruit, lemon, rosemary, and lemon thyme, resulting in a tremendously well-balanced dry gin. Fab mixed with a floral tonic, or cloudy lemonade.
A floral start with sweet elderflower and citrus peel leading to zestier lemon peels and zingy grapefruit. Fresh herbs nestle beneath, with a touch of pepper poking through.
