From the Flight Club folks comes Spit-Fire Gin, a rather spicy affair inspired by the scents and spices of Indian bazaar markets. The usual base of juniper and citrus peels is elevated with the addition of lemba fruit (a sour fruit that looks not unlike a turnip), mustard seed, fenugreek (a sweet, nutty herb) and a bird's eye chilli, with 20 botanicals in total. It's aromatic and fragrant, with a core of warming chilli underpinning it all. Should bring a kick of spice to a Negroni, we think.
Tart fruit and piney juniper, with oily citrus peel backed by undertones of chilli heat, with peppery spice leading into a sweet, earthy finish.
