FAIR. Juniper Gin
As the name suggests, the FAIR. range of spirits is all about putting Fair Trade ingredients to the fore, like in this excellent gin! It's made with juniper berries from Uzbekistan, coriander, cardamom, angelica, and timut pepper. Traditionally juniper forward, with hints of lemon brightness coming through along the way.
