With this bottle of juniper-forward copper pot distilled gin containing a separate, funky looking container of forest fruit flavoured syrup mixer, you can tweak and adjust to your heart's content. The team at Essence reckon 25ml of gin with 5ml of syrup is a pretty good place to start!
