This Norwegian gin is the work of Elsker, which is the Norwegian word for 'love'. Dubbed Dry Pink Gin, it's a pretty appropriate name. A base of juniper, herbs and citrus sees the addition of red berries from the Norwegian outfields. There's no added sugar, so though it's pink, it isn't sweet, with well-balanced natural tartness and sweetness coming from the fruit.
Tart red berries alongside piney juniper, with blueberry sweetness and a savoury herbaceous undertone balanced by a clean, dry citrus finish.
