Ellis Gin is a handcrafted Glaswegian brand that creates small-batch expressions. This particular edition, No. 2, is a Scottish Bramble Gin that was made by macerating Scottish brambles with gin. That beautiful red colour you see will actually change to a bright orange when tonic is added, which is neat.
Berry fruitiness, coriander, nutty juniper and plenty of delicate floral elements.
