Elg Gin
Elg Gin No.1 contains only three botanicals: juniper berries, coriander seeds and Danish carrots. That's right, carrots. Not just the orange bit, Elg Gin uses the whole carrot, green tops and all. Each botanical is distilled in Fredensborg, Denmark, with the Danish carrots distilled once every year at the end of July.
A very juniper forward gin, coriander, an earthy sweetness and pepper undertones with a creamy finish.
