Elderwood Spirits
Born from a collaboration between New Generation Wines and Michelin-star chef Mike Robinson, this small-batch spirit was distilled by Langley's.
The botanical base of the gin is juniper, coriander, and angelica, with additions of cassia, lemon balm, elderberry, rowan, grapefruit and a hint of cardamom, which are sourced from English hedgerows and woods.
Piney-juniper and grapefruit bitterness lead, with a warm, savoury spice underneath.
