Generally I’m not a gin drinker … but that could change. I will definitely be purchasing more of this gin, it’s delicious. The most intense flavour (I think) comes from the ginger, though it’s far from overpowering. I get just slightest (almost) fruity flavour, I’m guessing that’s the rhubarb, it has been a long time since I tasted rhubarb. But yeah, I’m definitely going order some more, in fact, I may do that right now.
I first tasted it in Scotland when I asked for a drink I couldn’t get in Canada … the bartender gave me a gin and tonic with the rhubarb ginger gin and I’ve never looked back … it is by far my favourite gin!
