Edinburgh Gin Bramble & Honey Gin
Brambles and honey - a timeless combination. Not timeless in the sense that it exists outside of our concept of time and... Y'know what, never mind. This is a marvellous expression from the Edinburgh Gin folks that sees their gin infused with fresh brambles and honey. It's great in a G&T, though more than flavoursome enough to be served simply over ice with a good whack of lime.
