A collaborative effort between the Edinburgh Gin folks and Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. Named after the 1670 Physic Garden, this expression features botanicals that would have been found in the original Physic Garden (like sweet cicely as well as fennel seeds and leaves) alongside exotic botanicals picked fresh from Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh (along the lines of piper leaf, Tasmannia lanceolata leaf and Tasmanian mountain pepper).
Leafy at first, developing a touch of fresh parsley. Soft liquorice, black pepper and hints of vanilla flower.
