The limited edition Spring Gin is distilled by the team at Edinburgh Gin, using hand-foraged, seasonal botanicals such as wood sorrel, yarrow and gorse flower. Profits from Spring Gin go towards Edinburgh Food Social, and that's certainly worth raising a glass to. Swap the tonic for apple juice for a fruitier serve, garnished with a sprig of thyme if you have one to hand.

Bought this as a present for a friend and was lucky enough to get to try it too. Was great in a gin & tonic, nice and fresh but with a few different botanicals coming through than your typical gin. I'd originally bought to support Edinburgh Food Social, so the fact it tastes great is a bonus!
