Nose
Aromatic and spicy, surprisingly dry but with a big whack of tropical fruit - pomegranate, grapefruit zest and apple peels.
Palate
Juniper-led palate with oodles of fresh fruit - huge notes of tangy citrus, and then a sublime mouth feel much akin to a sweet grenadine liqueur.
Finish
Long and peppery.
