From Dutch gin producer Drebbel comes this marvellous London Dry Gin. Distilled from French grain, it includes a selection of eight botanicals, such as hand-picked citrus fruits. Water is sourced from 100-metre deep wells in the nearby natural reservoir – considered the purest water in Holland, it brings a crisp, mineral character that works fabulously in a G&T.
Crisp citrus and bold juniper balance gentle aromatic spices, a touch of liquorice and anise, with a peppery minerality on the finish.
