Sir John Conyers London Dry Gin is from Dragon Slayer distillery in County Durham. This citrussy, juniper-forward gin takes its name after a knight who, legend has it, once killed a dragon (or the 'Sockburn Worm', rather). A pretty great story, and a pretty great gin. This is a perfect match for some good quality tonic, while telling tales of old.
