Created by the West Berkshire Brewery, Dragon Hill London Dry Gin pay homage to the nearby countryside, along with a gone-but-not-forgotten pub by the name of The Dragon. A terrific name for a pub, we must admit. The gin itself was made using the likes of blackcurrant, rose, lavender, a hint of local honey, and some Mosaic hops (y'know, because they're brewers). Sure to make for some great cocktails with wonderful dragon-themed names.
Vibrant piney juniper, with tangy berry and fragrant rose brightness.
