It's Batch #5 of Dornoch's Experimental Batches - consider this one a bit like a juniper-based mixtape, as it's a combination of some of the distillery's favourite productions, along with a helping of lemon distillate! Dornoch are dedicated to making their gin from scratch, with no neutral grain spirit whatsoever. We're big fans of that approach and its results!
Sharp citrus, herbaceous fennel and liquorice. Perhaps a few savoury hints of thyme and toasted pine nuts.
Lemon is prominent once again, paired with ground ginger and cinnamon. Rather oily and mouthcoating.
Soft juniper and orange sherbet. A handful of malted barley.
