One of two expressions from the Gin del Professore range produced by the Jerry Thomas Project in Rome. The Monsieur edition focussed more on the juniper side of things, with a subtle flash of citrus peels.
Big ol' waves of oily, expressive juniper notes throughout, with a little hint of lemon peel and elegant lavender.
This is one of my favorite gins and has an amazing flavor whilst being smooth. I make sure I always have it at home.
I was introduced to this gin at Mr Foggs a few years ago. I have kept a supply ever since. It has a genuinely unique flavour, subtle but truthful. It is very smooth but gives a great palate.
Another fabulous Gin...... a smooth beautifully tasting gin..... well worth it and such a beautiful bottle too.
