This 14 botanical gin is the work of Defiance Distillery, featuring the likes of juniper, Douglas fir, cinnamon quills, citrus peel, myrrh gum, tangerine root and spices. Each botanical is distilled separately, before being blended together and bottled at 40% ABV.
Earthy and piney, with oily citrus peel and anise, leading into a warming, spiced cardamom finish.
