Is it a bird, is it a- oh, why yes, it is a bird! Scarlet Macaw Gin from Dartmoor Spirits takes the distillery's original vapour distilled Ten Tor Gin and infuses it with raspberries for 24 hours. It's made in batches of no more than 50 bottles, and the result is a fruity burst of flavour and a rosy pink hue.
Sweet and fruity without being overpowering, with juniper bringing balance alongside citrus peel.
