Distilled in a custom-built still named Peggy, this well-balanced gin ought to be ideal for delicious G&Ts... Perhaps by the light of the moon?
Fresh citrus brings a crisp profile, with piney juniper resting comfortably at the core, whilst hints of liquorice, and soft spices join later on.
