Dancing Sands
From New Zealand's Dancing Sands distillery comes a gin combining eight hand-crushed botanicals, including manuka, almonds, cardamom and liquorice alongside more traditional botanicals. The gin is double distilled and botanicals are vapour infused, before the spirit is blended with water sourced from the Dancing Sands Spring. As always with Dancing Sands bottlings, the packaging is truly wonderful and colourful, meant to represent the botanicals in the gin.
A good hit of juniper, with warming and spicy cardamom and coriander, a subtle hint of chocolate followed by a long, sweet and spicy finished, with peppercorn and liquorice intertwined.

Tastes fine, but bland and irony like any basic gin. Not really worth the travel from NZ. As good as entry level, but double the price!
Yes - oily, thick, spicey, fresh, you can tell this is made from the purest of ingredients! I think this will become my regular gin.
This is fantastic gin, I've been trying to find it in the UK and its finally here. Now I need to try the other flavours.
