Crisp and fragrant with coastal flora and sea spray!
A smooth gin with plenty of juniper and a hint of the sea. Not very heavy on the savoury seaweed flavours (I personally prefer my seaweed gins more seaweedy, like Dà Mhìle) but extremely easy to drink. It's like enjoying a nice gin while sitting on the prom in the sunshine, watching the waves and the seagulls - the smell of the sea is there in the background, but it's not all up in your palate.

A lovely crisp gin, drinkable and refreshing. Nothing else like it in terms of seaweed infused gins and perfect for summer. Delicious on the palate and excellently balanced.
I tried this in The Housel Bay Hotel, Cornwall with an amazing meal. Really compliments fish meals and very smooth. Really enjoyable with lemonade and definitely recommended xx
Given the prevalence of strong, salty, characterful botanicals you'd likely expect this to be a particularly potent or divisive tipple but the balance of flavours on display is remarkable. It's easy drinking - both neat and with tonic - and very refreshing. Delicate, smooth and one to drift away with. Absolutely perfect with tonic, ice, lime zest and a pinch of good quality sea salt.
