Cucumberland Hannover Dry Gin was created with the purpose of not having one star botanical, but a gin in which all botanicals worked together in harmony. The recipe took two years to perfect, the final one containing 27 botanicals, many of which are found on the outskirts of Hanover such as elderflowers and spruce shoots.
