Crazy Gin
Crazy Gin Lassi combines a traditional gin base with fruit lassi (a type of yoghurt-based Indian drink), the mixture of which is then vacuum distilled. A fantastic marriage of Indian and British cultures within one delicious tipple. Pairs fabulously with a good tonic water, and will do wonders in all kinds of classic cocktails too.
Refreshing and fruit-forward, with a zesty kick of red berry sweetness. Cumin spiciness develops, bolstered by warming juniper and coriander. The sweetness and spice are juxtaposed, but go together brilliantly.
