Over at the Cornish Rock, the folks at the distillery put a fruity spin on their Rock Gin. This is Cherry Kiss, made with... well, cherries! You'll find the berries working alongside citrus peels, pink pepper and liquorice, as well as a few other botanicals. Those big, juicy berry notes will definitely hold their own in a Gin Fizz!
Juicy cherry straight off the bat, with piney juniper and warming peppery heat, supported by hints of citrus and anise.
