Distilled in small batches, Cornish Blue Flamingo Gin contains an array of botanicals, some of which are rather unusual and hard to find – a bit like a mythical creature! The list includes black bee honey from the Rame Peninsula in Cornwall, along with açai berries from Brazil, macadamia nuts, citrus peels, sumac, and hibiscus petals. This fantastical combination creates an extremely enjoyable London dry, with plenty of citrus and herbal flavour – just perfect for a nice tall G&T.
Bright citrus – lemon peels, lime zest and oranges, chewy juniper balances with sweet, creamy honey, wafts of floral, botanic aroma, and vegetal, herbal spice.
