An excellent gin here from Copper Republic in South Africa, featuring a selection of African botanicals alongside some classic ingredients. Juniper and coriander seed meet wild rosemary, Buchu plant, confetti bush and more, making for an exciting, flavoursome expression that should do brilliantly in a G&T with a good wedge of fresh orange.
Fragrant, floral and fresh, with hints of vanilla blossom, coriander, leafy herbs and mint shining through.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but found this a really nice refreshing gin. Hints of mint emerge alongside the vanilla.
