A refreshingly sweet tipple from Northern Ireland's Copeland Gin range, founded in 2015 by Gareth Irvine (and subsequently crowdfunded! Nice work, team!). Combining notes of raspberry and gin, we reckon this'll make a smashing G&T (garnished with fresh raspberries, obviously) or splashed into a glass of Champagne.
Soft red fruits with a bite of peppery juniper in the background. Subtly cooling mint lingers on the palate.

We had our first taste of Copeland Raspberry& Mint yesterday - a great gin ?? but we were disappointed ? because the raspberry/mint didn't come through. We used Fever Tree tonic. Don't worry, we will keep trying ?
