The folks behind Citadelle Gin have once again donned their experimentation hats and created a marvellous variation on their classic recipe. This time, they've spruced up the fantastic French gin with the inclusion of wild cherry blossom petals - and as if that wasn't enough, they went on to age the gin in cherrywood casks for five months!
Grapefruit zest, vanilla pod, subtle oak-y spice, green apple and fresh roses.
