Cape Fynbos Citrus Gin Bottling Note
An exquisite South African gin, this expression from Cape Fynbos includes over 30 botanicals from the region including the likes of wild dagga, honeybush, buchu, and devil’s claw. A combination of maceration and vapour extraction is used to achieve a fabulous depth of flavour. This expression is then treated to seven days of steeping with the peels of five citrus fruits - orange, mandarin, lemon, lime and grapefruit, imparting a delightfully zesty profile. Ideal for G&Ts, should be great for some citrus-forward cocktails too!
