Hailing from the French Riviera, or Côte d'Azur to the locals, CAP Gin was created to reflect the Mediterranean spirit of the region. Using an array of botanicals including the likes of mimosa and orange blossom, this certainly does remind us of long, warm, relaxed holiday evenings! Ideal with tonic but also would make a great Gimlet.
