The Norfolk coast served as the inspiration to Bullards' Coastal Gin! Its botanicals include sea purslane, marsh samphire and sea aster, which impart a subtle salinity to the mix, while Douglas fir amps up the piney juniper. A helping of citrus notes helps to balance this one's flavour profile.
Enjoyably vibrant pine, fresh lemon, sea breeze and a touch of vegetal richness.
I’m afraid the liquid inside does not live up to the pretty bottle. Some citrus and unpleasant aniseed flavour but not much else, I would not recommend this gin.
Wonderfully presented bottle looks great on the self, alas the gin is not anything special a little bit of citrus but disappears quickly from the pallet. Could be jazzed up with a flavoured tonic.
