A gin created with Bruges' Bistro Bruut that's inspired by the medieval city, using both gruit herbs and spices (as used in beers of centuries past), as well as mead (another historical touchstone that everybody has probably heard of).
Herbal and aromatic, especially sage and rosemary, black pepper and a touch of honey sweetness.
