Brixton Spirits
Brixton Gin includes local ingredients such as honey from nearby apiary, Brixton Bees! Juniper and citrus are combined with some more unusual botanicals - wood violets and hibiscus are also in the mix for a wonderfully floral twist on a classic London Dry Gin. The bottle has some fabulous drawings on the label, including a well dressed gentleman in a carriage, being pulled by a zebra - we love seeing these traditional Zebra Taxis whenever we’re in the Brixton area! This should be very adaptable for all of your favourite gin serves - makes an ideal G&T.
Crisp citrus and dry juniper with gentle wafts of floral honey and blossom on the nose and finish.
I really want to love this but unfortunately I don’t. Such an odd flavour. Too sickly and perfumed.
