It’s made in a still called Hazel from an array of classic botanicals (including citrus and angelica root) at a micro-distillery under a hotel in the city, and according to the crew behind it, it’s ‘a local gin for everybody’. Give it a go with tonic, or match it with vermouth.
A classic-style London Dry, bursting with fresh citrus notes and gentle dry spices along with the elegant juniper. Elderflower, coriander, cassia bark, light florals and allspice all come through.

One member of staff made a mistake with a non-thought our comment and apologised. Do not allow a good independent company to suffer.
