It's the stunning edition Black Edition of Brentingby Gin, produced in Melton Mowbray. The 10 botanicals in this expression include lime, hibiscus, ginger and meadowsweet, for a sweet and balanced gin, in a somewhat dramatic bottle. We think this would make a really rather lovely Gimlet.
A delicate berry sweetness alongside keylime pie, while ginger and black pepper bring a warming spice towards the finish, followed by notes of liquorice.
