Bombay Sapphire is distilled in England and is made with a base of neutral spirits that are distilled from wheat and malt. The gin is then flavoured with a blend of ten botanical ingredients using a slow infusion process, including juniper berries, coriander seeds, citrus peel, and liquorice root. Bombay Sapphire is perfectly balanced and is bottled at 40% ABV.

How to make a Bombay Sapphire Gin and Tonic:
Fill a balloon glass to the rim with large cubed ice, pour over 50ml of Bombay Sapphire, squeeze a wedge of fresh lime into the drink and drop into the glass, and top with 100ml of premium tonic water.
Light and piney juniper, with soft peppery warmth building. Subtle sweetness of sugared almond and angelica develops, still packed with herbaceousness.

Beautiful aromatic glass of pleasure. Surprisingly full of flavours and notes that keep you coming back again and again. Great with a mixer to fully appreciate the flavour depth,without the burn! Delightful.
This is a staple gin for any drinks cabinet. It is not the best gin, by any stretches of the imagination. But the quality for the price is second to none. Also, a very good introductory gin for those tempted into the world of juniper.
To say a vast majority of people have been conned by this gin is an understatement. It has a harsh, poorly balanced flavour, and bitter aftertaste. It's only redemption is that if you throw enough tonics/fruits/mixers at it, you can just blow out it's basic taste and use it up quickly before making the far more important decision of where the blue bottle is going to go as a nice decoration/candle holder, whatever. Buy Tanqueray or Beefeater for God's sake!
