Blue Velvet Violet Gin is produced with the likes of violet, iris, cherry blossom, and butterfly pea flower, creating a beautiful floral profile. In addition, the pea flower enables colour changing properties – alter the pH of the liquid, by adding tonic water, or lemon, for example, and the gin will change colour from intense blue to a more violet hue, as if by magic.
