Blu Zephyr
Blu Zephyr is made with elderberries and gardenia. The result is a creamy, smooth English gin that was awarded a Silver Medal in the 2008 Chicago Beverage Institute. It is distilled in a copper pot still, the natural blue colour comes from the elderberry.
Blue Zephyr is a lovely smooth gin, with an unusual blue tint of colour. The elderberry is very subtle but adds to it's uniqueness.
